We buy all of our supplies in North America. We work with and support a wonderful group of small suppliers. The relationship we have built with them allows for guaranteed, beautiful quality gemstones.

Our suppliers are highly committed to being socially responsible and minimizing environmental impact. Doing things like protecting water sources from sediment and debris, planting trees and providing above market wages and healthcare to employees.

We will always choose to purchase high-end designer quality stones (A-AAA graded). Quality over quantity always.

Beaded work jewelry can be delicate, so when getting dressed it should be the last piece on and the first to take off.

Precious metals like sterling silver and 14k gold-fill are susceptible to tarnishing. Tarnishing (and wear) occurs due to exposure to moisture, sunlight, or air. For example- when jewellery is exposed to air while being stored, comes in contact with water, sweat, body products etc. It can be a finicky thing!

To keep the precious metals looking shiny and new (we use both sterling silver and 14k gold-fill in our designs), store in a sealed bag. If they begin to tarnish simply use a polishing cloth and they'll buff right up.

All pendants, charms and accent beads are made using sterling silver and 14k gold-fill precious metals.

Each piece of Beautiful Nomad Jewellery comes in a velvet pouch and box. A gemstone meaning card is also included.

If you'd like a gift note included just type what you'd like written in the notes at check-out and we'll include it on a postcard with the order.

Receipts are not enclosed in the box – they are emailed to you separately, so if it is a gift, don't worry!

If you have any questions or comments on The Beautiful Nomad’s policies please do not hesitate to send us an email at info@thebeautifulnomad.com or use the Contact form here. We answer emails Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm PST.
