Returns
We want you to be happy with your order! Therefore, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) if the postmarked date is within 7 days of your order’s arrival. The item must be in its purchased condition in order to receive a refund. Please note that sale items and items purchased during promotions/events are final sale.

Cancelations
Our products are all handmade, made-to-order, and we have a quick processing time. So, cancelations can only be done within 3 hours of ordering product. 

Repairs
We 100% stand by the quality of each Beautiful Nomad piece and the materials used. But if your necklace or bracelet needs to be re-strung the costs are as follows: 

Mala necklaces: $25
Mala bracelets: $15

These costs include return shipping. Any further repair costs are determined on an individual basis.
